Arts management

In addition to customised tours, Sharonarts offers a range of support services to professional artists and arts organisations and other not-for-profit organisations. Sharonarts' strength lies in a real understanding of the needs of the cultural sector. This has resulted from years of experience in offering both consultancy and also practical hands-on management, often combining the two.

Over the years, Sharonarts has worked on strategic development with organisations such as Theatre-Rites, Listening Books and Common Purpose. Services have included training and mentoring staff, fundraising and marketing strategies, business planning and organisational restructure.

On a practical level, Sharonarts has coordinated major conferences, founded and directed various arts festivals including those specialising in theatre, dance or outdoor/street arts, as well as several with a mix of different art forms such as classical music, film and visual arts. Sharonarts has raised funds for largescale arts projects and delivered marketing and PR services. This has involved working in association with organisations as various as Fevered Sleep, Race Apart Dance, Cultural Co-operation, the English Chamber Orchestra, Capricorn, London Musici and the cultural departments of several municipal councils and national embassies.

Currently, Sharonarts undertakes the event management, fundraising and marketing aspects of the Winchester Chamber Music Festival, in association with the London Bridge Ensemble. Testimonials
